Grand Hall Zollverein achieves Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 88.24 in the 2024 financial year - highest value in the company's history
The Grand Hall Zollverein's NPS underlines our company's ongoing commitment to sustainability, excellent service, first-class infrastructure and individual support for our customers and clients. In addition to the technical equipment and the flexible, barrier-free rooms, our tailor-made planning and the grandiose atmosphere of industrial culture, which makes every event in the Grand Hall unique, were particularly appreciated.
