"The KVD Customer Service Association is hosting the Service Congress at the Grand Hall Zollverein for the 4th time. This year, we are once again looking forward to exciting keynotes and lots of inspiration on the topic of "service culture" - a topic that plays a particularly important role in the event industry in general and for us as a venue operator. For us, the Service Congress is therefore more than just one of many events that we host here - it is also a great opportunity to network and exchange ideas with real service professionals."
